How long time in advance should we start planning our wedding?

Usually couples contact us within 20 to 10 months before their wedding which is a perfect timing and gives more time and choice to look for the right venue and have the best wedding vendors available. However, we have already planned big weddings in 5 months, this is not ideal but Rock My Love likes crazy challenges!

First, you should start asking yourselves what type of wedding reception you would like, how do you imagine your wedding day and which atmosphere are you dreaming of?

Second, you should define the budget you are ready to spend for this once-in-a-life experience.

Then, you can contact us to discuss about your wedding plans, we will be able to tell you what is doable and what we would advice.

Once we choose you as our wedding planner, what is the next step?

The first step when planning a wedding and after the budget has been carefully studied is to find the venue and decide on a date. The south of France offers a large range of wedding venues such as chateau, vineyards, villas etc…

We have already found our venue and decided on a date, can we get in touch with Rock My Love?

Of course if you have already found the perfect place to get married on the Riviera or in Corsica and want our help for wedding suppliers finding and management we will introduce you with a great wedding team based on your tastes and expectations.

Can we introduce you some suppliers as well?

Rock My Love helps you planning your wedding day introducing professional and friendly vendors but of course if you already know some and want them to be part of the adventure we will follow up and manage them the same way we manage the rest of the team, as long as they are real professional we are always happy to meet new talents.

What are the sizes of weddings you usually organize?

Average weddings we coordinate welcome 100 guests but every year we also plan intimate weddings with 40 people or bigger ones for 250 – 400 guests.

What is the budget necessary to plan a wedding in the South of France?

As you can imagine, many things can change a wedding budget such as your tastes, your priorities, the number of guests etc… However, the range starts from 60 K€ for 100 guests.

We live far or do not have time to meet suppliers in person, what solution do you provide?

To our opinion, a wedding is a human adventure and meeting your wedding team is quite important to make sure you have a good feeling with them and feel comfortable on your wedding day. However, we facilitate a lot your exchanges and if you have only 2 or 3 days during the year to come and visit we will manage your schedule to make it as efficient as possible. We organize tastings with caterers, beauty trials, floral tests etc… If you do not have time to come to France before the wedding then we arrange Skype or e-meetings for you with the main suppliers.
